![]() Battlefield 4 is definitely, 100%, absolutely happening, and you can play the Battlefield 4 beta if you pre-order Medal of Honor: Warfighter. EA and DICE have both confirmed the news that the next Battlefield is in development, but clearly the concern for the two companies is that news of Battlefield 4 may dent sales of Battlefield Premium and the forthcoming Armored Kill DLC.
The Star Wars: The Old Republic team has seen further layoffs and one of the game's most senior team, Rich Vogel, has left the company. Meanwhile, the Star Wars team continue to work on new content via patches, including an infestation of HK droids.
Speaking to PCGamesN at the Develop Conference in Brighton, Valve have revealed that they don't seek exclusives from developers that work with Steam. Valve's Jason Holtman says that "places to put your content shouldn't be limited by exclusives". The Seattle developer also revealed that they're working on Steam for Linux.
