Interview with madSpunK
ESL|inCo : k firstly congratulations on your semi-final win, how are you going to prepare for the final?
lc-|madSpunK : Just the usual pcws, we're still unsure who we're playing but I'm happy we're through.
ESL|inCo : the teamwork really showed, now what’s the one thing that you think really keeps a clan together and ensures their success in major competitions?
lc-|madSpunK : Well we've had a complete change around in line-up with new additions such as Undone, Kardy and LozZA, so our teamplay had to be worked on. I find that communication is the key to success, and especially friendship between each player in the team. All of us in lastchance are quite close friends so we rarely argue.
lc-|madSpunK : We know that the best way to get better is to dedicate time to practices and use that time wisely, so we practice as much as possible (which unfortunately isn't that much due to people being in Uni / work)
ESL|inCo : sweet :) - so have lastchance enjoyed taking part in the uk cup? and how do you think it rates towards other major cups you have participated in
lc-|madSpunK : ESL UK Cup has been run pretty well, the only problem we had was the server giving us some lag but they seemed to have fixed that now. Everything has been pretty much on time and there has been no problem with admins unlike the CSCL Quals ¬¬ This is one of the best cups I have played in due to great organization and coverage (hltv etc.)
ESL|inCo : *blushes*
lc-|madSpunK : :D
ESL|inCo : on a different note, the European Nations Championship Season 2 is coming up fast, being one of the top uk teams. Call-ups for national teams will begin, and chances are lastchance members may receive a few, if so how would the team react to this
lc-|madSpunK : Depends who captains the team this time, but hopefully 1 or 2 members will be picked as I'm sure they are good enough to compete against the national sides.
lc-|madSpunK : If they were to be picked then we would let them practice as much as they require so long as we can fully compete in all the competitions we are in.
ESL|inCo : Any lans coming soon that your hoping to attend?
lc-|madSpunK : We are attending GGL 5 next weekend, and most of these competitions online are really practice for lans such as these.
ESL|inCo : Well ESL would like to wish you the best of luck for the future and of course the UK CUP FInal :)

Match Report
The majority of the first half was dominated by a strong and well co-ordinated lastchance Terrorist side, their well thought tactics showed as they managed to break into the bombsites time after time, barely being challenged and when it came to defending them they proved just as strong. Up until the 10th round the strong defsenses of lastchance were yet to be breached. CAution gained their first round and a momentum began to build up, resulting in CAution taking the last 5 rounds in quick succession.

Into the second half we went, with CAution taking the first 4 rounds un-phased by a 10-5 loss in the first half, this all changed in what was the most impressive round the UK Cup had seen giving lastchance the starting round they neeeded, CAution never really got back into the game and lastchance took the win.

Very Good Game in all :)
