The seventh StarCraft II World Championship Series UK Qualifier saw 67 gamers battle it out to earn qualification for the StarCraft II World Championship Series UK Nationals, which will be held in London on June 30th and July 1st.

A new player burst onto the scene this week as
Simba decimated the competition and secured himself a place at the StarCraft II World Championship Series UK Nationals and at the same time marked himself as one to watch at the Nationals, such was the manner of his performance. After his semi-final defeat of
DeMoN not even
HighGaiN was able to stop him as he took the final 3-1.
HighGaiN has been a regular competitor in the qualifiers and this time around he was able to win himself a place at the Nationals with his defeats of
stolensheep and
LemonyTang being particularly impressive.
