ESL Nordic presents the next League of Legends Cup. Due to the errors we have had these past two weeks we have decided to take a fresh start and start over from the 3rd cup. We deeply apologize for all our faults and hope we will still see participate in our Nordic Go4LoL. Prizes havent been touched, so there is still 150 euros worth of Riot Points in the prize pool. If we get a full participation of 16 teams (or more) then we will even upgrade the prize pool to 250 euros! So bring your friends, and we will see you on the field of justice Wednesday the 5th September at 18:00.

Dear summoners, due to my own account having the wrong time zone the whole cup got the wrong time and date in the timestamp. For this we apologize and have decided to recreated the cup and reschedule it for tomorrow, 18:00 CEST. Shyvana is a melee champion that heavily rewards aggression. She does so by utilizing a modified Fury* resource that accrues anytime Shyvana lands an auto-attack. Once her Fury is full, she can unleash it to transform into a dragon, giving her substantial buffs, ability enhancements and some upfront damage

The summer is near, and we want to celebrate that with a little taste of the upcoming cups and tournaments, that is coming during the summer.

After two weeks of qualifier action here at ESL Nordic, we are finaly ready to show you the qualified teams for our A Series, which will consist of 12 teams! A total of eight teams have qualified through our cups, and four teams have been invited by the administration. So let us move on to the A Series information, and the qualified teams.

UPDATE: If you're having trouble joining the cup, with only 2/3 players from nordic, please put a comment below with your team name, or contact Winds on #ESL.Nordic.LoL. It's only required to have two players from Nordic. Our very first League of Legends 3 versus 3 cup, is here 9th April. We have decided to check the temprature of the 3on3 community in League of Legends, and therefore we have made this 3on3 cup with ESL Premium as prizes. We might add some additional prizes if we get a lot of interest on this cup.

You might be wondering what the A Series is, this is basicly a league which will be going on for about 11 weeks. This is sort of a tier 2 league, which will lead on to Pro Series, if the activity keeps on rising, where the good prizes is at.

Our National Qualifiers for League of Legends players is soon to kick off, we are giving away slots to the ESL Major Series, were a total of €5,000 awaits. We are hereby announcing our qualifiers to the ESL Major Series Season 8 for LoL. How many slots we get is based on the amount of signups per country. Also, if we are going with 16 teams the structure will be Best of 1, Double elimination. If we get more than 16 teams per qualifier, we will go for Best of 1, Signle Elimination. We interviewed sommie, skaft and flyy from Team Dignitas LoL after our first 5on5 LoL cup here on ESL Nordic.

Our very first League of Legends 5 versus 5 cup, is here next week. We have decided to check the temprature of the 5on5 community in League of Legends, and therefore we have made this 5on5 cup with ESL Premium as prizes. We might add some additional prizes if we get a lot of interest on this cup.

Our first LoL Cup ever at ESL Nordic, is done for this time. We ended up with 13-teams from all the Scandinavia. The cup went very smooth, all the round was done before the scheduled time. We also added some cool cup awards for the top 3!

It is ready for our first League of Legends 2on2 Cup here at ESL Nordic, it takes place on Sunday the 6th! Some few rules are made to make the cup as smooth as possible, and some match media is required to upload. We will also give some small prizes to the top 3, the prize will feature ESL Premium and ESL TV Premium. We are playing maximum 45 minutes per Round to hold the time schedule, after 45 minutes the winner will be the teams with most kills and most towers destroyed.

Just a week after we launched our HaxBall-section, we are ready to give our users another section to play on. This time it is the free RPG-game, League of Legends. We have opened Ladders in the following team sizes; 1 vs. 1, 2 vs. 2 and 5 vs. 5, we can allready now announce that we will create a opening tournament for League of Legends 5 vs. 5 and 1 vs. 1, stay tuned for more information!
