How to qualify for the 285,000 US-Dollar Intel Extreme Masters II
Finally, the qualification for the Intel® Extreme Masters II has been opened. Now is the time to explain how a WC3 player can qualify for the Intel® Extreme Masters II. We have made the sign up system as easy as possible so it takes a minimum of effort for you to have a chance to compete in this great event.
Step 1 (Get an ESL account):
All you need to have to participate and signup is an ESL Account that you can register easily and free of charge. Just state your nickname and a valid email adress and complete the registration process. If you want to take part in the CS tournament as a team you also need a team account and have leader permissions for this account.
If you already have a team or player account at the ESL, you can of course use it and do not have to create a new one. Check out this FAQ for a detailed description of how to register and enter the required information.
Step 2 (Filling your profiles with information):
Fill up your account with all relevant information. All this information can be hidden from the public (except the real name).
Birthday (including year of birth)
MSN or ICQ (only one of those required)
Game Accounts (Name of your Battle.net Account AND GG Client Account)
Step 3 (Application process):
Once you have registred and filled in all the necessary information you can sign up.
