FPS issues with Multicore CPUs in Source games

If you have a multicore CPU and you are experience FPS issues when you use ESL Wire in Source Engine games (CSS, DoD S, TF2, L4D, L4D2), please try the following:

Go to the game options, click on Video, click on Advanced, and set Multicore Rendering to disabled.

It might automatically be back to enabled depending of your config files, so when you are playing with ESL Wire make sure that mat_queue_mode is set to 0 in the console.

Disabling multicore rendering will probably give you worse FPS than usually, but it will probably cause less issues than when it's on when Wire is running. This is a temporary solution until there is a fix in ESL Wire.
