As with any content patch it features a new tank tree branch, premium tanks and lower tier examples, a couple of maps and reworked maps, bug fixes, etc. There are two types of patches wargaming.net released, one - a content patch such as 8.5 – they usually have a map or two, new tanks, bug fixes and a couple minor gameplay changes and two - gameplay patches which contain the above plus a substantial gameplay change of some description.

Commanders, it's time for a change! We want to alter the structure of each nation's structure, as well as the international structure in the World of Tanks section. Many of you may have noticed, that there are currently a lot of leagues and cups running and overlapping each other. Sometimes it's pretty hard to join and play every cup. This problem was identified and we want to present you the results of our work now. We won't just change existing dates, but we will add new ones to offer a wider variety for you to play.
