Win 200.000 Gold in the New 7on7 Ladder
Tankers, we have planned several changes for the 7on7 ladder.
Due to some problems with the map choice we have to create a new Ladder. This means the old ranking will not exist any more. All Teams start from square 1. Next to creating a new ladder we also reworked the map choice system. To get the new ladder running and also reward your activity we have nice goody on top! What? For August we will run ESL's famous Most Matches Competition (short: MMC) were you can win great gold prizes. Check out the following news to find out more about the new Ladder and what you can win.

The Old Ladder

  • The URL of the ladder will change to /eu/7on7/ladder_old/
  • Signup is offline
  • Challenge is offline

    • The Old Ladder will be deleted on Wednesday, 19.08.2012! You can play the remaining open matches, but you can´t challenge other Teams. You can also arrange to delete your remaining matches / challenges. To do so, please open a protest ticket.

    The New Ladder

  • URL: /eu/7on7/ladder
  • The Signup is open Signup 7on7 Ladder
  • Challenge is offline Challenge starts with 20 Teams


    • 7on7 Most Matches Competition

    To get the new 7on7 Ladder running and also reward your activity we will run ESL's famous Most Matches Competition (short: MMC) with Gold as prizes! The 5 Teams who played the most matches in the August the follow Gold prizes!

    The Gold Prizes


  • Place 1. 70.000
  • Place 2. 55.000
  • Place 3. 40.000
  • Place 4. 25.000
  • Place 5. 10.000

  • Total:  200.000

    • The Admin Team contact the 5 winner Teams after the Saturday, 01.09.2012!

    How do the new Ladder works?


    Here are two example screenshots!

    From now on, you and your opponent can choose one Map.
    The thirdmap must be Random!



    Draw Rules update

    If you play a draw at a map, you have to replay this map so long,
    until one team wins. You have to upload all screenshots to the Matchsheet. Possible result per map can only be 1:0 or 0:1. A draw is not possible!

    If there is a draw situation after Map1 and Map2 (1:1 maps), you have to play the third Map!


    What maps will be played?

    Most teams might have already noticed the changes in Go4WoT. To prepare your teams for the Go4Wot Cups we adjusted the map pool to the same map pool as Go4Wot.

    Cmon guys, why cant you ogranize gold prizes for the best teams ? If a team plays 5 matches a day and loose all of them and win gold I dont think its a good idea to give them gold. Otherwise if you would start a new rating and give gold to the teams according to their position to the end of the month, it would be exactly the right way.

    - Company Cup (1,35 mio gold)
    - Ural Steel
    - Go4WoT

    This is just giving everybody a good chance for gold. Since a 7on7 can take up a lot of time it is a nice goody to get something back for your time.

    the new rulez - i like them, just what is with the lineup, or better for what is the lineup if anybody can switch guys if they are not fix in the lineup...

    TBc play's not so long in the 7vs7 ladder, but we think its better you must choose your guys they play, befor the match starts.

    however its funny :)

    Dear Sne, i think you didnt understand me correct. In Ural Steel, Go4Wot,Company Cups etc everybody can participate and everybody play the same amount of games. So there is no disadvantage by not playing. In the case of the new ladder format it is ! And its a big problem for teams, that are good,play ladder also pretty often, but if the only one what counts is the amount of games,then I am afraid that the quality of the games itself will suffer. (Teams would like too loose faster to be able to play the next game ) and after this , alot of good teams will leave the ladder and dont play in it anymore.

    Its to give teams the incentive to participate get the ladder going. Quaker look at the old ladder W4SP top with 100+ game next to that was 32 battles you play more battles you have more points doesnt always suggest the quality
