ESL TV will, after more than 1000 programmes, lots of personal effort and many years of progress, come to an end this year. The exact date of the last transmission will be announced later. We do not regard this change as an end but as a step into the future and as a consequence progress and we are looking forward to high quality ESL coverage on TV.

The new Giga Digital GmbH will have its company housed in the same building as Turtle Entertainment. In fact that the GIGA studios will move from Düsseldorf to Cologne will result in new opportunities for all GIGA formats. There will be a new studio with more space which will be partly geared to the needs of esports without disregarding the current GIGA formats.

Apart from the IPTV stream GIGA is broadcast via Astra Digital (19.2 ° East, 12.669,5 Mhz). So if you want to enjoy gaming and esport programmes on TV, make sure that Santa Claus brings you a satellite dish and a digital receiver if you don't have them yet.
