The next update for ESL Wire

 We have another Wire Update. This time we improved the logging of the crashs, so we get more details about them and can fix them faster. We also want to give you some insight in the Wire Support and what happened in the last weeks.
The first step of improving the ESL Wire and its support was done, when we removed the unused feature VLAN. At the beginning of May we started to clean up the Wire Support with all tickets we had and now we have a list of the most common bugs and issues. There are different problems with having no logout after the game, where Wire is not crashing or it is crashing without an error message. But we found 3-4 bugs, which are responsible for it. With the new update we improved the logging and now we have more details about the bugs and issues in order to fix them. We will continue to fix the bugs in ESL Wire, so you have less problems with it and more fun playing on the ESL.

I just bought steam again for the 2nd time.
I always played on this pc ( my dad's ), and since the last update from last week my acount was banned for no reason, I never used hacks, or never downloaded them.
I always could play nicely on esl untill last week my acount was banned, so i thought hmm I'll make a ticket, it's online for 5 days and I still didn't get any reply...
So i bought a new steam account, and I tried to play on esl again, and I logged in on the game, i could play a match, but it was nr because 1 player didn't end up comming, so I wanted to play again, and it says I'm banned AGAIN, I have no reason for what it is ,,, and please help me, I'm waiting for like 5 days for a reponse or an explantion from someone why I get banned for no reason..
