| If you have any Wire problems, please read the FAQ before posting in this forum. You can open a support ticket and provide a msinfo32 file attached to it: 1. Click on the Tools icon in ESL Wire. 2. Click on "About ESL Wire", and then "System Information". 3. While viewing the System Summary node go to File then Export 4. Attach the file you saved to the support ticket. You can also post in the forum, but you need to provide the following: Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 System type: 32bit or 64bit Service Pack: CPU: RAM: Graphics Card: Anti-Virus: Firewall: Wire Version: Game: Match/gather link: Has Wire/Wire Anti-Cheat worked fine for you before?: Yes/No One sentence description of bug: Steps to reproduce: Links to screenshots, etc: -- AnAkIn |
