ParaWOrld is the game everyone is talking about these days. It was not long ago when the ESL had the pleasure to announce that this game would get a spot into its highly revered top games and leagues, and now we are even more proud to announce a €5000 democup with the release of the demo today and the launch of the official ParaWorld community site myskulls.com

24 countries took part in European Nations Championship 2006. Only four are left now in each of the three disciplines. With 50,000 Euro of prize money the Finals require a special setting. They will take place in the ESL Intel Arena at Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany. Games Convention is the biggest gaming festival in Europe with about 150,000 people attending the four-day show.

Games Convention is the Mekka of German eSports. All big European competitions come together for one weekend in Leipzig, Germany, to present eSports to the common man and lots of fans. The Electronic Sports League has the biggest booth at the Games Convention 2006 with 2.500 m² where all the big tournaments take place. Besides ESL Pro Series Germany, Core 2 Extreme Masters and the European Championship, we will also present one top match from the ESL WC3L Series. 4Kings and MYM will come to Leipzig and play live in front of thousands of spectators.
