Today the rescheduled match of Greece and Slovakia will be played out. This is the last match of the first ENC playday wich started very successful with over thousands of visitors at hltv and the live channels of the Electronic Sports League (ESL). On this Thursday the Topmatch of Group B: Germany vs. Switzerland will be covered live by ESL TV.

The match Germany vs. Switzerland will be covered live on ESL TV on 29th April 20:00 CET. Tonight's matches will be Austria vs. Poland and Denmark vs. Hungary.

Saturday at 7pm Playday 6 will continue with a clanwar beetween two clans which had high expectations for this season. But now proGaming and the German Schroet Kommando are far away from reaching their goals and have to be afraid of missing the Playoffs. That is why both are eager to get as many points as possible at all costs. We will see which of the two will do better in their forejudging fight for survival.

Jan-Philipp 'TheFly' Reining, who has been working overtime, the WC3L match statistics are back online! The statistics will be autogenerated during the night after a WC3L match completly finishes and will be viewable in the matchoverview. All season 5 matches which have been played so far have been analysed and the statistics are waiting for your exploration! Did you know that mTw has got negative stats in 1on1 but that mtw-RushWizard is currently the most valuable player of the WC3L with 19 wins in 27 games? Find out even more in the Match Statistics!

If you are still not content then you should check out the following statement from WC3L's Supervisor Sivi:

"Waaagh!TV and the WC3L were able to fix an agreement to cover all upcoming WC3L matches with Waaagh!TV from now on. All open issues have been resolved and we are looking forward to many great Waaagh!TV streams."

22nd April 2004 sees the conclusion of Playday 1 of the Counter-Strike Tournament of the European Nations Championship. Tonights matches also include the Finland vs. Ukraine match which was wildcarded last week, as well as the pre-scheduled ones.

Following the rescheduled Austria: - Hungary match on 4th April and the Finland - Ukraine match on 8th April 2004, it is now the turn of these four nations to battle against each other in their opening European Nations Championship matches. Just like all of the other matches played in the first playday of the Counter-Strike Tournament, the map will be de_cbble.

The last two matches of Playday 4 await us this Wednesday as the two newcomers Mousesports and Meet Your Makers encounter each other at 19:00 CET. At 20:00 we are looking forward to one of this season's highlights when the international Schroet Kommando faces the champions of season 4 - the 4Kings.

After the start of Group A and B, today Group C will have its first playday. The national teams of Sweden, Norway, Finland, Belgium, Iceland and Ukraine will face each other in exciting matches. The match of Sweden vs. Belgium will be covered by ESL TV. The match of Norway vs. Iceland is wildcarded by Norway and the match of Finland vs. Ukraine is rescheduled to Wednesday 14th April 2004. There will also be two additional matches of the first playday of Group A. United Kingdom will face Spain and the National Team of France will meet the Netherlands.

On Thursday 08th April 2004 Sweden and Belgium will face each other in Counter-Strike. This is the first match in Group C. You can watch it live on ESL-TV. Our moderators Alexander 'MadDog' Albrecht and Nik 'Vince' Adams will get you all the info for the game and comment the hot scenes of this exciting Match. Reserve your private slot for the match now and join the game.

The ESL Instant Challenger (EIC) is now also available in the CS 5on5 MR12 and the CS 2on2 MR12 Ladders. As in some other leagues, the EIC will be active every day from 18:00 h to 22:00 h. As activity and demand raise, more times will come available.

Tomorrow at 18:00 CET Playday 3 will come to an end when the Finns of Destination Skyline meet the Dans and Koreans of Meet Your Makers. The Korean squad of MYM will be allowed to play now so we might be able to see some of their newly acquired level 50 players in action.
