Today the final match schedule for the first ENC Season has been released. Here you can find all matches and matchdays for Counter-Strike and Warcraft 3 TFT. The first Matchday of Counter-Strike will be the 1st of April and will end on June 24th. Warcraft 3 TFT will start on Tuesday 6th April and will end on June 23rd.
The price distribution for Counter-Strike and Warcraft 3 TFT has been released, too. 16 Teams will fight for 20.000 Euro at the lanfinals.

Because the French armaTeam wants to benefit from the long journey their US Players made to the WC3L Finals of Season 4 in Paris the match against mTw of Playday 3 was brought forward to Wednesday, beginning at 17:00 CET.

Nachdem über ¼ der Saison vorbei ist möchten wir euch einen kleinen Überblick der ersten drei Spieltage präsentieren. Dabei werden wir das Geschehen noch mal ein wenig aufarbeiten und analysieren. Folgende Statistiken ergeben sich aus den ersten 3 Spieltagen:

Tonight at 8pm we will see a match that well could be the seasons final: SK.int vs the Armateam.
The two time WC3L champion SK.int disappointed a lot during season 4, but seems to be back on track this season as they managed to climb the top position after Playday 1 with a clear 4:1 win against their fellow teammates from SK.Ger.
The Armateam on the other side needs to recover from their disastrous 0:5 loss on sunday against the new WC3L Champion Four Kings and therefore can be expected to be highly motivated to prove their strengh. Both teams improved their squad recently.
While SK.int aquired the current #1 on the asian realm Sweet, aT recruited the current #1 & #2 player from the european realm, Deadman . This one's a classic and has always been really really exciting,so be sure not to miss it!

Just a few days then the first season of the European Nations Championship will start. Time to present the last Teams. Today we proudly present the National Team of Belgium. Its Counter-Strike and Warcraft 3 TFT Team will try to get a place for the lanfinals.

SK's German team gets its second chance to prove itself after being soundly defeated by their own clanmates in their first WC3L match on playday 1. Der massive Einsatz der Real Mod Community für eine Medal of Honor Allied Assault Real Mod Ladder in der ESL hat sich gelohnt. Am heutigen Tag wurde zunächst die Real Mod Objective 5on5 Ladder eröffnet. Bei entsprechendem Interesse werden weitere Ladders eingerichtet.

The Electronic Sports League (ESL), Europe's leader in online gaming competition, and the WC3L, one of the world's most important Warcraft III - The Frozen Throne leagues, today announce a partnership agreement covering sponsorship, marketing and technical support.

After the unfortunate ban of Clan Au Fait from WC3L due to cheating and several banned Ladderaccounts, [pG] and SK.ger will get a second chance to qualify to the fifth season of the WC3L.

The fourth season of the Warcraft 3 Champions League comes to an end as we pronounce the grand final between 4Kings and armaTeam. Of course this big happening has to be celebrated adequately - that is why this final will be played offline in an internet café in the heart of Paris called 'Gate 104' on March 28th!
The location is absolutely cool as you can see on the picture - we have to thank Intel France very much who gave us the opportunity to let this final be played during their 'Intel Pentium 4 Final Challenge'*!

Unfortunately the WC3L today has to exclude a clan from the league for the first time ever. After an accountsharing attempt in the NGA-Final and a completed accountsharing in the WC3L qualification, we think that clan au Fait lacks the professional attitude necessary for competing in the WC3L.

Today we proudly present the spanish representation for the ESL European Nations Championship. The National Team of Spain will try to win in Group A a ticket to the lanfinals of the ENC in Cologne 2004. Their opponents in Group A are: Portugal, United Kingdom, France, Italy and the Netherlands.

Today a new dimension of the Electronic Sports league has begun. With the slogan "experience eSports the fastest way", we would like to present the "ESL Instant Challenger" (EIC), in which it is possible to find a match in an instant!

We are delighted to announce that TsN Central will cover Season I of the European Nations Championship with their exellent online audio and video capibilities.

After 5 weeks of nonstop action with 29 clans fighting each other in 35 clanwars the qualification has finally come to an end. At the end only 6 clans qualified for the 5th season of the WC3L we therefore welcome the following teams:
