The majority of playday 2s matches are decided. So its time for a little overview for our 3rd playday:
 Schroet Kommando (SK) vs. pro-gaming.net (pG) @ Sunday (2.11.2003), 19:00SK surprisingly lost on playday 1 against ocr and still has to play their match against SAINT. On Playday 3 the will have to face pG who won their first match up against sTar and also need to play another match (against rS on Saturday). Anyway, overwhelming 97% tipgamers believe in a victory for SK. Well see if pG can prove nearly everybody wrong. Revolution Sports Gaming (rS) vs. The Ancients (aNc) @ Sunday (2.11.2003), 21:00Next in line is rS vs. aNc. rS lost their first match versus SAINT and as said before, still have to play against pG. aNc on the other side lost against aT but won against sTar in the past. Due to this more than 80% tipgamers voted for a win for aNc. Team sTar (sTar) vs. Four Kings (4K) @ tba.sTar didnt win a match in this season but both their losses against pG and aNc were close and they proved themselves to be able to compete in WC3L. This playday they will be the underdog once again: 4K waits for them with their strong line up. The British started with a win over DSky and a loss against aT into this season. But still its no surprise that 96% tipgamers prophesy a victory for 4K. armateam (aT) vs. mTw (mTw) @ tba.This playdays topgame is between aT and mTw. Both clans are undefeated so far but 87% tipgamers prognosticate a victory for last seasons champion mTw.  Destination Skyline (DSky) vs. OCRANA.D-Link (ocr) @ tba.Another interesting match will be DSky vs. ocr. DSky didnt start very good into the season, loosing against mTw and 4K. Unfortunately they never played with their best line up so you cant say how strong they really are. ocr on the other side stopped cheering their victory over SK after the loss against gmpo. Perhaps thats why nearly 70% tipgamers forecast a victory for DSky. Gamepoint.AMD (gmpo) vs. SAINT (SAINT) @ tba.Last but not least match is between gmpo and SAINT. After loosing against mTw gmpo was able to defeat ocr last playday. SAINT just played one game so far and beat rS. So its definitely an interesting and close match up. Still, 93% tipgamers think SAINT will get the upper hand in this one. | |

On last saturday, we already saw the first two matches between
ocr.D-Link and gmpo. Then, gmpo.Saitoh could get the upper hand against ocr-kookian while ocr-boNe and ocr-kain won the first 2vs2.Tonight two of the the three remaining matches will be played. Tonight at 6pm CET (1am korean time) the top korean team
 SAINT will fight against top U.S team : Revolution Sports Gaming (rS). This matchup seems actually pretty nice and promises some nice matches. In the final part of season 3, we saw how SAINT managed to beat  bmf , in a tight, but enjoyable 3:2 win. Schroet Kommando (SK) vs SAINT (SAINT) @ tba.We will start with the exciting intercontinental match up SK vs SAINT. Last seasons vice champion had a difficult start against Ocrana and their match is still tied 2:2. We will see the last and deciding 2on2 of the game vs ocr on Sunday, 20.00. SAINT did not play so far in this season - perhaps due to this 80% of our tipgamers believe in a win for SK. Revolution Sports Gaming (rS) vs pro-Gaming.net (pG) @ Saturday (1.11.2003), 20:00The second match up we are looking at is rS vs pG. So far, rS has not played any games this season. pG encountered sTar on the first playday and leads 2:1 after three games. Perhaps that is why over 60% of our tipgamers favour pG. Team sTar (sTar) vs The Ancients (aNc) @ Monday (27.10.2003), 20:00Next in line is sTar vs aNc. sTar had a challenging start against pG and is 1:2 behind after the first three games. aNc had a tough start against last season's #4 aT, loosing the games closely with 3:2. Due to aNc's good performance in the WC3L qualifier, 80% of the tipgamer's see aNc as a clear winner. armateam (aT) vs Four Kings (4K) @ Tuesday (28.10.2003), 19.00Fourth match is between aT and 4K. This matchup is between last season's #3 & #4 team and is supposed to be a really thrilling match. aT started with a close 3:2 win against the strong newcomer aNc into the season. 4K triumphed surprisingly clear over the WC3L qualifier winner DSky with 4:1. About 70% of tipgamers suppose a victory for the English clan in this match also. We will see if aT can prove everybody wrong. Today the fourth season of the WC3L started. New top teams like
SAINT and DSky make it even more exciting than the last season and promise some very good games, shoutcasts and replays.» The new teams: All three qualifying teams managed to win their relegation game and achieved their well-deserved place in the league. That was forseeable, since they all fought a long and rough way through the well cast qualification tourney. At the end of a season, the clans ranked 7th-12th will go into the qualification for the next season together with new clans. He describes very precisely how the clans´ lineups have changed over season three, how their lineups for the new season will look like and predicts the clans´ achievements in season four. It is definately very interesting to read and it is also possible to understand the important things, although it is written in french.

Season 3 officially ended 4 days ago, however you shouldn't have time to be sad, because season 4 will start in a few days with old acquaintances and new challengers.

After about 4 months having passed, season 3 of The WarCraft 3 Championsleague has officially ended. In a very exciting final
mTw defeated SK, who were dominating the regular season so far. a-Losers won't be in season 4, as a result of their losses against sTar and The Ancients. 4Kings were able to gain the 3rd place and armaTeam the 4th. Ranking: mTw Schroet Kommando Four Kings Intel armaTeam Destination Skyline, The Ancients as well as SAINT or Black Mesa Forces (this game has not been played yet) have qualified for the fourth season of the WC3L. The Season will start on the 9th of October with playday 1, lasting 2 weeks as many participants will be in Korea at the WCG. | |
