From today, each counter-strike player must have registered his SteamID to his ESL Account. All teams, which do not have the necessary number of players ( with registered SteamID) will be removed after a 14 day warning period. The same also applies to 1on1 players without SteamIDs.

Haven't we all been waiting for this day? Finals here we go!
Wednesday mTw and SK will meet each other to find out who'll be the champion of wc3l Season 3.Will it be the mighty Schroet Kommando again? This could be their 3rd title in a row - a very impressive achievment. There are lots of rumours about the SK lineup but it seems we will see at least 2 of their korean players. Even if there won't be any, of these always lagging, korean gamers it is still unsure how they'll play - after all they have lot's of famous names in their roster. On a sitenote it has to be added that SK.Survivor has played the most games this season in WC3L - 50 Games so far and it's most likely that he will add 1 or 2 more, after all he has a winratio of 76%! Or maybe mTw will win this time? After all they played a very strong season. Although mTw doesn't have that many wellknown players when it comes down to pure numbers, their squad is very constant with basicly always the same people playing. They have been successful in all the tourneys and leagues they are attending and especially mTw-ThePig seems to be on a climax with pretty much owning the ESL Pro Series. Many people think that he is one of the best, most likely THE best player in germany at the moment.Record: Today we made a new shoutcast-listeners-record with over 1100 people listening to the german shoutcast of Khaldor of mymtw. This is was probably the highest listener count for a WC3 online event on this planet! Thanks again to Gamesports for their relay, and to all the listeners of course. Tuesday evening - this is it, the last stage of the elimination. The looser will loose all his chances for season 4 while the winner is in the leauge!
aNc did a quite good job in the qualifications and only lost the WB finals to DSky, but all this hard work could now be nullified if they loose. a-L on the other hand is in the wc3l since it's beginning. They where forced into the playdowns at the last clanwar and had "only" to beat Star) to stay in the leauge. But Star) again managed to play there best just when they needed to and surprisingly beat a-L, so now a-L will have to fight for their survival.The winner takes it all - and the looser bites the dust. ***German Shoutcast: Once again we will have a german shoutcast by Gamesports-FM featuring Lybra. It seems the WC3L teams planed a little conspiracy on our admin team today. We have 4 clanwars tonight with a new clanwar starting each other. This will be alot of work and stress - sounds fun!
The games begin at 6 pm with Saint vs T6i in round 4 of the looserbracket wich is also the semfinal of the looserbracket whose winner will get a chance to qualify for season 4.One hour later at 7pm the other part of the LB seminfinals will be played when the 2 german clans os-esp and e2s face each other other on the battle.net.At 8pm the clans we will see the last match of the playdowns round 1 between a-L and sTar. The looser of this match will have to face the mighty Ancients - something both clans will mos likely try to avoid because if they loose again they are out of the league.The last and possibly most interesting match for today will be be played between uk: 4K vs mTw. This war promises to produce many top replays because it will feature well known players like Taker, Grubby, Ghotridah and Kiko - names wich normaly get high numbers of downloads at our replay-db.Again i found some player who was willing to give me a little statement about the wars. The final version of Steam has been published aswell as the new version of Counter-Strike, 1.6. This release has lead to the pausing of all our Counter-Strike ladders, leagues and cups in the meantime. They will restart, all points are still in their current places, in a few days depending on how fast the new version can be distributed.

On Saturday we will not only see the Qualifications Winnerbracket final between
DSky and aNc but also the reissue of last seasons finals: SK vs aT DSky, who for many people surprisingly defeated Saint, will face the well known clan aNc. The winner of this match will be directly qualified for season 4 thus replacing esu while the looser will have to take his chances against the looser of the playdown match between a-L and star wich is scheduled for monday. The 2nd playoff quarterfinal happens tonight at 7.00 pm as well as the 1st playdown match.
In the playoff quarterfinal we have the top german teams mTw & pro-Gaming.net fighting each other and whoever wins this match will meet Four Kings in the semifinals. It's done! The third regular WC3L season ended last night. Now we're heading straight towards the playoffs and playdowns. At the end of the regular season we have the 2 time champion
Schroet Kommando finishing first with a total of 40 points. Second with 36 points is Four Kings. The third place goes to mTw which thus is the best German clan of the regular season collecting 34 points. The 4th playoff spot goes to Armateam who finished just 2 points behind mTw. The 5th spot goes to  rS.Gaming and the 6th and last playoff spot goes to pro-Gaming.net.The whole clantable can be found here. The matchups for the 1/4 finals are as follows: #3 mTw vs. #6 pro-Gaming.net (The winner faces #2 Four Kings in semifinals)#4 Armateam vs. #5 rS.Gaming (The winner plays against #1 Schroet Kommando in semifinals)Both matches have to be played between thursday sep. 4th and Wednesday sep. 10th! To complete the season the other clans will have to play in the playdowns in order to qualify for the next season. Since eSports.United withdrew early in the season from the WC3L, the 7th placed Ocrana.D-Link will automatically qualify for season 4.
