As a result of Team Colorful's recent forfeit against nGize, we have decided to exclude Colorful and also its current players individually from the upcoming WC3L qualifiers and the upcoming regular season.

Forfeiting an entire match is not only a sign of disrespect towards the other teams of the ESL WC3L Series, but also severely affects the rankings. Despite Colorful's unsportsmanlike behavior the WC3L will not be resetting all their results since they have played the majority of their matches (>90%) and we feel it wouldn't have been a fair decision for the teams who already had to play them this season.
While this decision probably isn't fair towards all participants, we feel that it is the 'fairest' decision we could make.

When we announced the disqualification of Colorful last season there was obviously a mistake. The announcement stated that both the clan and _all players_ were banned from an upcoming season. This of course was not according to the rules (see rule VIII.g) and thus does not apply to Future now playing for Team World Elite (or any other player for that matter).
