** Christmas Cup ** - Registration /Update!
To wish a Merry Christmas, the WC3 ESL Staff has organized a new Cup! We will also use this Cup in order to see how many players are active. However we will also use this to advertise ESL and WC3 section. More player = more prizes so invite your WC3 friends to play.

Christmas Cup!


The cup will be held Tuesday 20 December from 18:00 CET. The matches will be played in best of three mode.
New maps available: Amazonia , Ancient Isles and Road To Stratholmes
Important: To confirm your participation,you must check-in.
Check-in start at 17:30 CET (20 December)
Check-in close at 18:00 CET (20 December)

Prerequisites
 Registration Account ESL (click)
Insertion a Photo in your account
A contact ICQ or MSN inserted in your profile
Insertion your gameaccount, type: WC3 Battlenet (EU)(click)
Insertion your gameaccount, type: Garena/GGC (WC3/DOTA)(click)
Information
 Max n° Slot: 64
Cup mode: 1on1 Single Elimination
Match mode: Best Of Three (BO3)
Observers: are allowed only if both players agree. Admins can observe
Maps: The first map is already set. The second map chose player who has lost the previous match, same thing for the third
Obligations
 Replays: The replay must be uploaded to match page immediately after the match. Penalty points will be added if players don't upload replays
Matches
 1° round: 18:00
2° round: 19:00
3° round: 20:00
Semi-final: 21:00
Final: 22:00

This channel is essential, allows you to receive informations by admin (identified with a @) in real time during the cup. When the admin, will generate the matches, you will see a link structure of the cup. Since then, the cup will begin.

Please change the mappool, this one is like form 4 years ago. Everybody knows that LT and GW is way too imbalancfed for races like human or orc, thats why they arent played in ANY tournaments or leagues now. Implement new maps, like Amazonia or Ancient Isles instead.

Theres a reason why those maps arent played, its because they are horribly imbalanced. Getting a 'real' mappool for this cup could actually get some players to join, but no, not like this.

When i try to inesert my garena account it says that my account is already used, and i am inserting the garena account for the first time. Whats even more weird it says "FAQ: your SteamId is already in use?".But this is not Steam its Garena, can anybody explain please?

For all time which I play, I have seen the worst organization, judges don't watch matches. Players play for time, many rough players which behave isn't sports!
Nevertheless, thanks for tournament but more on such I won't participate as it is time waste!
