The problem
As most of you cant ignore, Warrock suffers such a bug, which changes dramatically Game's behavior when the PC is overclocked is some ways.
This issue is now creating a huge disadvantage beetween fair players and those who exploit it.
Most Important Rule!
The value from Blackbox MUST NOT be higher as your MOSS value - otherwise, you are not allowed to play!
How it will work
To ensure the players are not using the bug , they will have to run a small tool while in the room lobby and screenshot the tool's displayed result over the warrock game.
This tools just check the Processor speed and doesnt send any information anywhere over the net, neither it doesnt require any installation.

The timing of the screenshot has to be taken
between the two eos screenshot.
The rule is going to be like the old EOS rule, when everyone in the room for the match, players will type ''screen now go'' or anything similar. Every player will then upload the screenshot immediately, please call the screenshot an appropiate name - Clinton05x Blackbox Screen.
If a player restarts MOSS for any reason, then they are required to take another screenshot.
This rule is mandatory if one player/teams requests it. However if both players/teams agree, you do not need to use this program, only the normal ESL Wire and MOSS will be mandatory.

If you have an iX cpu, you must disable the turbo boost mode to be able to play.

The new iX doesn't use all the cores when they don't need to. As you can see in your second ss, you still have 2 of your cores running as their maximum frequency. If one of them is higher than the moss frequency, you are not allowed to play.

I have an old i5 760..haven't tested that program yet but i know i have a Turbo mode which activates automatic when my Pc needs more power.
Is that a problem?

at the moment yes, any1 with turbo mode that cant access their bios can no longer play esl. Which is ambis problem

I'd love to see you photoshop a screenshot in 1 minute. You have to make the screen while MOSS is screenshotting your screen and upload it before you start the match.

Like I said, as long as the current frequency is not higher than your REAL frequency you are fine to play. Simply switch off Turbo Boost if that is why you are getting a higher frequency than you should.

just find another solution for that because i won't turn turbo mode off for 2 reasons:
1. I don't know how
2. I won't get 140 FPS in a room of 8.

Basically, to put it in a nut shell, the people with old pcs, are allowed to overclock bios, because it may offer them a better chance on esl.
People who are actually wealthy enough to treat themselves to a new pc, are not allowed to bios overclock, but in fact, we all have to underclock, so that the old pc's, like the admins that made this decision, can run faster overclocked compared to our pcs underclocked,

why? all can edit moss screens to only show bios ovc XD ( in paint ), when u must upload blackbox screen before start a match u cant hide editing black bios screen ( moss is on ) U MAD MAD MAD learn to play in other games...

I think the admins not understand the problem.
Now i cant show how is easy play with ovc on esl with moss and Blackbox because i got a windows8, and ovc programs doesnt works on W8.
But when ovc programs are compatible with w8 i will show u a video(if u want).

You can't paint it, because when you are trying to paint, moss is taking prints and you have to upload it at the same time as other players, you can't leave game, close moss etc.. So its impossible you edit it.. But ye, the program is very easy!

no bios ovc, no turbo mode! why? my 1 friend played on this league with ovc too.. he have a 2 turbo modes ,hes overclocked and moss have this in ass :D. also black box showed ovc. For me when blackbox will show ovc, he must get a ban.
