Casa

Fox starts strong taking the first 2 rounds with smart play from Razer and a laggy Magnesium. Surprisingly aesir start to play much more aggressive then we’ve come to expect, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. However the majority of the rushes were focused around timbers which fox realised quickly. With 8mins to go and down by 2rounds aesir make another market rush; GreaTeye not hitting his usual shots the deficit climbs to 3 in favour of fox. Sneaky sniping from M0rtal revealed all the polish team to be gathered at old. The resulting market rush was countered as fox focused all their players to that side of the map, 9-6. Again aggressive play from aesir in the last 2mins with varying degree’s of success, 10-7 to fox. Highlight sr8 frag from M0rtal with 10health at market allowed the remaining 2 fox players to medic up and take the round to go 4 clear. More aggressive play from aesir in the final seconds as they try to get some rounds back, 11-8. Piu makes light work of tracking down a weak r0th3n in the final round to go into orbital with a 4 round lead.

Orbital

Equal start from both teams, but fox winning their rounds with much more confidence it’s not long before they take a 2 round lead 7-5. Aesir seem to respond well coming from unexpected directions to bring it back 8-7. 8mins to go Magnesium decides to move over and let riis3d in possibly because of his connection issues. 4 on 2 fox decides to camp the blue box which nearly payes off as they killed the first 2 aesir players to enter. Unfortunately aesir have the pinch and quickly kill the now weak fox players, 9-9. 10-10 with 4mins to go and behind by 4 rounds aesir carry on as normal hoping to get the rounds back just through solid play. It doesn’t really work and fox go 1 round ahead. Nice play from Razer to catch aesir medicing and put the match beyond doubt at 13-11. Very close map with the round difference never climbing above 2. Great play from Piu winning fox a lot of rounds they shouldn’t of which made all the difference.
