The
gameaccount in Team Fortress 2 is the SteamID. You have to add this
gameaccount to your ESL account, then you are allowed to participate in the TF2 leagues.
Connect
on a server or create a new one and type "status" in your console. Your
SteamID will be shown after your nickname. STEAM_0:X:XXXXXX but you
only need the part after "STEAM_".
You
click on your ESL account on "Command
Center" and then you click on "Gameaccounts
(SteamID, ...)". For type you
choose "SteamID TF2" and for value you add your SteamID without the
"STEAM_".
First
you click on "Command
Center" and there you click on "Gameaccounts
(SteamID, ...)". For type you
choose "SteamID TF2" and for value you add your SteamID, then you
have to give a reason, why you have to change your SteamID. Please also add a screenshot of your SteamID. For that you have to be alone on the server by wearing your ESL nick. After your
request an admin will check it and then he will decide, whether the request
will be accepted or rejected.
With Wire You can set a key in the Wire options (In-Game tab) to be able to take screenshots in-game. This way, the screenshots will automatically show up in the Match Media upload window at the end of the match, and you'll be able to upload them in 1 click. Without Wire By
default you take your screenshots with F5, but these screenshots are TGA. We want JPG screenshots, not TGA, so you will need to rebind your screenshot key to "jpeg". Type bind "f5" "jpeg" in console to bind F5.
Then you can take a screenshot by pressing the key
and it will be saved in the team fortress 2/tf/screenshots/ folder.

Both
participants are responsible that all screenshots are uploaded
correctly in time. round

uploaded and it doesn't matter from which participants. The rcon
status screenshot must be
uploaded from the participant which owns the server, the normal status
screenshot is only needed in case of
missing rcon status.

A demo request is only valid and compulsory if it was made at most 30
minutes after the match ended and
if your opponent used the 'demo request' function on the match page.
In
every match you have to use ESL Wire Anti-Cheat, because it is mandatory. You are
not allowed to play without ESL Wire Anti-Cheat, even if you got an error. In this case you will
get 3 penaltiy points for playing without ESL Wire Anti-Cheat. Your opponent
cannot allow you to play without ESL Wire Anti-Cheat. If there are any problems, you
have to make a protest and ask for moving the match.
Each
team/player has the right to play one half of the match on their/his
server. You can only make use of this right as long as the second half
of the match has not started and if the alternative server fulfils the
requirements as mentioned in the set of rules.
If both teams have a server, the first half of the match will be played
on the server of the team listed on the left side of the match details.
A
match can be broadcasted via STV without asking the opponent, but the
team who ordered the STV has to make an announcement via the match
comments. The arrangement is up to the teams themselves.
If a STV broadcasts a game, the delay has to be set to 90 seconds or
more.
In case of two matches, simultaneously generated due to the ESL Instant Challenger, you have to play the match with the lower MatchID. In the other Match you can file a protest ticket to arrange another date or just
delete it if the opponent agrees to it.
cp_gravelpit:
You are not allowed to build a teleport in the red spawn area.
You are not allowed to put stickies under cp A and damage targets trough the floor.
If an
admin cannot do his job properly because of too many config files, the
player concerned will get penalty points. Filing a protest or writing a
support ticket because of too many config files is not possible.
