Settings updated & Ladder closed

 The Team Fortress 2 section is on site at the moment. We are working on many new changes to upgrade the section and with that your fun on playing Team Fortress 2 in the Electronic Sports League. For now, we changed two small things.
Some of you already noticed it: The 2on2 Basketball ladder is closed since a few days. But why? 0.1 matches per day, 8 participants; that's not enough for a ladder. So we had to close it failing of adequate activity. But there will be some Basketball cups definitely soon.
The second thing we changed are the server settings. The last update is circa 4 weeks ago and so we need to change several cvars and messages. From now on using the new settings in mandatory in all ladders! Here's the changelog:
