TLO's early exit

It wasn't a good day for the internationally well-known TLO that flew in all the way from Korea. After a solid first round 2:0 win over DBS, he had to face the reigning ESL Pro Series Champion HasuObs. After three maps TLO found himself in the Lower Bracket while HasuObs continued to match into the Winner Bracket final, where he will face Socke today. The loss seemed to have thrown TLO off his game as he went on to lose 0:2 against Jaxx and found himself out of the tournament.

The new wonder kid

Meanwhile a young and upcoming player used the tournament to showcase his skills. The 14 year old HeRoMaRinE started the tournament with a 2:0 win over RINE before being dropped to the LB by KrasS in the second round. But he kept his cool and collected two straight 2:0 wins over Tarrantius and Jaxx to find himself against DarK.FoRcE in the last match of the day. The winner would be in the Top 4 and at the Europe Finals while the loser would be out. Against the top level and experienced Zerg the streak of the young talent ended as DarK.FoRcE took MaRinE down with 2:0. Despite the loss a very impressive tournament performance from a player we should expect to see more of in the future.
