The ESL uses a global standard, called UTF8. Some freemail providers (yahoo, hotmail, etc.) don't use this standard, they display the ESL e-mails without any content. The content exists and you can do two things to retrieve it:

1. Get your e-mails with a local program via POP3
2. Save the e-mails as a textfile on your local computer and open it

If you want to read your ESL e-mails via the webinterface of your freemail provider, please contact their support and request UTF8 standard.
