I think because the game is only European. See that: Argentina isn't in Europe, isn't European, so you can't play. It's correct. Just wait the NAS4 (North American S4) still start with all the updates, so with more efficiency  .THAT'S NOT A RACIST EXCUSE. We can't play the Korean S4, and we still can't play the NAS4 too.
