| I think we need more admins. One alone or two maybe three are not enough. more assignment by admins would be the 1st thing. if someone open up a protest, it takes 'bout 3 days or maybe a week to fix the problem...and that's not ok. new modi? - 3on3 ladder - a ladder with coll on! - new mappool pls or some new racetracks! (to many GT cars) we need F3, more LMP...change BMC to F3 for example ;) but don't change only this racetrack. we need like 25 racetracks with different cars in the mappool...i dunno...we got now maybe max. 12 or somethin' that's cheap...please give us more to drive...that'd be awesome - take a firm stand to this ebay s**** that's annoying. allow this crap cars or interdict them...but pls help us drivers not to get after every match in a discussion 'bout this kiddie stuff. especially in the EU EU Ladder or in every EU ladder. weird that germans can drive fair and there are rare discussions of s** like that. hm...everytime this aliens!  - last but not least...more love for everyone in the ladder and between the drivers. rofl...hahahahahahaahaha i dont really care 'bout that...it was a funny joke by an offender like me  hahah laugh ma f*** ass off

| oh i forgot...if ESL is interested to become some new members...like more then 200...open up a ladder ONLY for touring cars and u'll see this ladder will be very active. i dont want to enter the ladder, but it is unbelievable how many players are on Euro Touring Car. easy to say, most of them! and i give u a piece of advice...allow ebay cars...if not...have fun with the protests after a time EDIT...and how we gonna continue? we made a lot of suggestions by our side... cya soon, "I hope" -- One of the best is tapping his chest! | Definitely need more car and track combinations. F3 is sorely missed and include the Okutama circuits, they are great! Do not allow ebay cars as this will allow everyone to have suspicions over XML editing. Keep the mileage/tacho screenie to prove otherwise. If you suspect cheating, record it with Fraps so an admin can ignore it... You need more admins. A touring car league would attract the majority of the community so I would go with that. You would see an influx of new members, especially with a 4v4 'collisions off/on' ladder. I know a few clans who are keen to prove what they're about in touring cars. Personally, I'd like to see a Prototype ladder, GT1 ladder, Prestige ladder and an F3 ladder. Anything that gets above 180mph and I'm interested. | It would be nice if we got some form of reply to give us an idea on whether this will happen or not. If you can't be bothered to run a better ladder, recruit some more admins who play Grid so we can have a driving force behind these changes. | Hey guys, it took a long time before a valuable discussion started ;) I'm following all of it and there are lots of good ideas. At one point you are definetly right, we have not enough Admins in this sector, which does not depend on ESL, but rather on people willing to apply for an admin position.

| There will be an: - Intercontinental Ladder 16 routes - 4 from each region (ie: Europe, USA, Japan, International) - a Euro Touring Car Ladder, Europe! Different routes, etc. - a F3 Ladder, also intercontinental! - and if interested, a drift Ladder !?!?! All this will provide the ESL GRID soon to expand the program and make the GRID fans happy, or newcomers to get into the Ladder, I've heard this from a reliable source. - A BMW Challenge ... good idea, thank you, go ahead;) We're looking forward would be nice if you help. | I join ESL 2 days ago and even sign up myself to 1on1 ladder, but when I found that all assists are ON I give up and sign out. So I think this is proper place to tell that creating a ASSISTS OFF LADDER is smart idea. I see that lots of ESL members plays on Europe Championships and that's good with me, so maybe ladder called "1on1 EU PRO Ladder" or "1on1 EU No-Assists Ladder"? Not important for me what tracks and cars will be selected on this ladder, but I think that It should be more various than actual 1on1 EU Ladder. Maybe something like that: 1. Bilstein Festival Milano - Castello Circuit 2. BMW Challenge - Nurburgring GP 3. Formula 1000 - Nurburgring GP B 4. Dunlop SPA Challenge - Spa Francorchamps Sportscar Circuit 5. Club GT - Donington National Circuit 6. Touring Cars - Istanbul Park Intermediate Circuit 7. GT2 - Istanbul Park GP 8. F3 - Spa Francorchamps GP Circuit 9. GT1 - Istanbul Park GP B 10. Prestige - Nurburgring Sprint Circuit 11. Prototype - Le Mans 1968 12. LMP2 - Jarama GP 13. LMP1 - Donington Park GP It's just a proposition. It can looks completely diffrent. What do you think?
