| ESL is starting 1on1 ladder, but is there a 2on2 or 3on3 ladder coming? Like the german ladders? And maybe you can split the ladders in regions (Europa, USA, Global and Chinees races seperated) Each region has his own ladder... [ quote ]

| Hy community and hy admins. i have just play a race recently and the player told me about the collisions ON.... I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT!!!! GRID doesn't have dedicated servers, so, we can take a many lags... i play last week with collisions OFF because the rules on the last week are OFF. i not agree with tihs modification, so i hope the admin's think better with this changes. because of that, i have crashed 4 times with collisions ON because sometimes the player appears at head of me and back a few times.. thanks for the comprehension. | We (Admins) knew this before. Some players won't listen and we realized this wish...but now^^, they changed their opinion also. Some sentences like "coll off is better for esl" I heard and so far. Please discuss this thing really intensive and don't make your decisions fast. We knew this thing already before, we just wanted to give the community the chance to make their own experience with coll on. In German sections we did this already before and how you see, we stay there with the same opinion. I think we resolved this discussion forever. (I hope!) [ quote ]

| DJMW: If you and your opponent has you, you agree you can also go OFF collision, which must make it easy on himself! Proposal to expand the pool of lines in the Inter-Conti Ladder: 1 F3/Strecke 2.Koenigsegg/Strecke? Or, of course, other routes with other cars! Also think we should again take a vote! | ok, Im planning to join GRID league in 1on1 and 2on2. just read through all the rules and some things do bug me. Especially the Collision ON thing, that would be no problem if all racers are really fair and wait for their victim if they crashed it and if there wouldn`t be any lags. the lags are a real problem with collision on, some opponents are jumping around constantly, spawning 5-10m in front and behind my car, even in my car, making big smoke and loosing their bodyparts, and then in some corner you crash because you cant see where your opponent REALLY is located. other thing with lags is, I experienced, that some racers behind me spin out like crazy without actually hitting me, a friend of mine said that they DO hit me, but I didn`t get a scratch on my bumper, even got clean race bonus point. this happens so often with me online, that I wouldn`t like Collision ON in league racing, for my own and everybody else`s goods =) and most important question of all to me: are there CCGT races? ;) I couldn`t find any in the rules, but maybe Im just blinded by all the infos squeezed into the little boxes =) EDIT: found BREMBO in EU 1on1.. there is my CCGT

| Haha ;) Yes there are some CCGT Tracks, but we want more. What would you think about to close the 1v1 EU Ladder. We would have the InterConti, Touring Car and 2on2 Global Challenge ladder. These are three ladder and if we provide cups in the next time we have a lot to drive, so 4 Ladder and Premierships are to much, I think. What do you think about it? [ quote ]

| Maybe someone (just like me) would want to race with Assists - Off sets? I'm part of ESL for about 3 months and I haven't raced even one race, because I don't play on assists ON mode. Is there anyone who like to race like that? [ quote ]

| Yes but we need more ppl. You would be now the only one in the ladder. I can't see even online in GRID lots of sessions with assists off. There are less then 10 sessions in 1 week. If you persuade ppl. from GRID online to the ESL and they want all assists off ladder no problem. But think about if we open an "assists off ladder" you are the only one in this ladder, with who you want to compete with? ;) You see. Join the assists Ladder and play first there or get the non-assists community to register in the ESL and then we'll see what we can do. And I'm sure we can do a lot but without the community we can't do anything! [ quote ]

| Collision will be changed again back to OFF! We're happy that we came to the same opinion about collision. For ladder collision is impractical. [ quote ]

| Whad do You think about "Free" Ladder? Something with all maps (USA/Europe/Japan/Global) except Drift, with Collisions ON and Assist OFF? It would be nice and realistic, and can show the full potential of ESL GRID Players What do You think about that? BelegUS [ quote ]

| We would have lots of problems. We had the discussion before. Example: 1 Player lag and the other not. If you lag and you drive with collision on + you are fighting because both players have the same skill, they would touch each other accidentally. The end of the story is, that one open a Protest to that match and report us that his opponent has driven unfair. That's annoying and it is not advantageous for a Ladder. We have already a Free Ladder called Intercontinental. And do you seriously think that Drift+Racing work together? There are less players who drift and race. We would have less activity and not many ppl. [ quote ]

| No, no - sorry for my English - all tracks without drift. In InterConti we can race, but with assist on only - and not on all tracks (for example, one of the hardest - Vertex Prototype). I think the Free Rules would be nice. I love to race without any assist. [ quote ]

| ok, I got a Question about the "leaving the racetrack" rule. I understand that grasscutting (i.e. Istanbul) is forbidden, "green asphalt" in turns not, but what about the Spa course? in "normal direction" just before the finish straight, there all players online leave the track driving straight to keep the speed they`d lose due steering when staying in the actual racetrack. there is no grass, just a little bit "green asphalt" and normal asphalt, but you`re like 5-6m away from the track. Question is now, is that allowed here, or you really gotta drive the actual racetrack like it`s shown in the minimap? cuz right now I`m doing both, one round "minimap" and next round "speedkeeping" Spa. nice thing about the collision OFF now tho =) -- u better run my darling [ quote ]
