The ESL Pro Series Finals of Scandinavia is just around the corner and will be carried through this Saturday (April 25th). Inferno Online will be hosting the tournament with participants like fnaticMSI and mTw in Counter-Strike 1.6 and LiiLD.C and Ciara for WarCraft III! Follow all the action live on ESL TV throughout the whole day!

After a long break, /QRY from and with Dennis 'TaKe' Gehlen is finally back - with nobody less than Manuel 'Grubby' Schenkhuizen, one of the best Warcraft 3 players in the world. TaKe visited the dutch Pro Gamer at his home, got to know his family and of course his girlfriend, Cassandra. They also talked about his life as a pro as well as about the beginnings.

In cooperation with the ESL, BitDefender is conducting a survey on online gaming habits in the United States and the United Kingdom. Friday in Copenhagen a new team of Counter-Strike players was announced. The all-girl lineup goes by the name of Pink Zinic. Previously, they played for Meet Your Makers and achieved some good results. ESL TV was at the press conference and brings you a report about the event.

Last night we reached a milestone in the history of the Electronic Sports League. Nearly 10 years after the first account has been created, the two millionth user registered an account here at the ESL. The number of users who have registered across the ESL network has surpassed 2,000,000!

We proudly present the new look of the Consoles Sports League. But it's not all about looks! The interior has been overhauled as well. Our passion for games and gaming is at the forefront of our brand new redesign and enlightened with many new fantastic features.

The admin interface some of you might have seen or even used yesterday was an April Fool's Day joke.
