The PokerTH Winter Cup 2011 is now complete. The participants have given their best and for three it has been worth it. The dates were not always adhered, but we are satisfied with the activity and the results. We are also keep our eyes peeled on a continuation.

PokerTH is now available in the new final Version 0.9! Please use from now the new Version in all ladders and cups. Usually PokerTH should remind you after the next start, that there's a new Version available.

It is time for a cup! A nortmal Cup? No, a special Cup. As already seen in other sections, also pokerth will start a Windercup. As usual the cup will take place on sunday. We are hoping that the cup will be well-frequented. So show us how important cups are for you and get started. Good luck and have fun.

After some delay because of problems of the system the next Pokernight was played and successfully completed. The third time in a row we have a winner from Germany. The next Pokernight is staring soon so you have again the chance to get this cup.

Who is the best allrounder in the european PokerTH section? After several standard Pokernights and other cups in the last months, we now think it is time for something special. But this time you don't just collect matches for a new award, neither you will have the chance to win a premium account.

... and maybe a new ladder? We will see! First we want to check out a 3on3 Turbo Cup. Get your team of 3 players and rock the Cup with 3 single 1on1 matches. Who are the best "Turbo" players?

It's time for our next 1on1 cup, we will also start a new Pokernight cup for the players who has a 3on3 team. But this doesn't mean that the players who are playing the 2on2 & 3on3 cup aren't invited. We will now be playing the standard 1on1 Heads-Up.

The new Turbo Ladder already started and now a few days later we have the Turbo Opening Cup. After the first day in the Turbo Ladder 90 matches have already been played. We hope that you can keep this up in future and that many players will take place in the cup.

Time for some more action - Time for the Turbo Ladder. The last time users are claiming about a "dead section". With this new ladder we can show the opposite. At the moment there are not enough admins to organize periodic cups, so we decided to open a new ladder. This format of ladder is very famous in all the other european sections of the ESL, so it should be good to create a ladder where all players from all countries can play in.

On the sunday the 10th of April 2011 the 12. Pokernight was played. The Pokernight was again dominated by German players. The two semi finals were played as follows:

After all conveniences because of dates problem the next Pokernight was played and successfully completed. This time podium was dominated by Poles. The next Pokernight is staring soon so you have again the chance to get this cup. <br> <br>

Unfortunately we had some problems starting the Sunday Pokernight #11. We are sorry for the inconvenience. It wouldn't make sense to start the cup today with delay so we decided to move the date to Tuesday, the 5. of April 2011.

Next to our 2on2 cup we will also start a new Pokernight cup for the players who can't find a 2on2 mate. But this doesn't mean that the players who are playing the 2on2 cup aren't invited. We will now be playing the standard 1on1 Heads-Up.

It is time for a new system. After several 1on1 cups we have now decided to try out a 2on2 cup. After asking the community what cup ideas they have we heard several interesting ideas. We decided to try out one of the suggestions.

Yesterday our tenth Pokernight was played. Punctual, at 19:00 CET the tournament started with 22 contestants played. And 21:47 CET both finals were rated and the winner was Inflavour out Germany - Congratulation.

In the last months the ESL Team has introduced several new cup awards to make our cups more interessting. In addition to the new cups, every contestant also recieves a XP-boost of +500 XP.

It has been other 3 months since the last Wednesday Pokernight. After the long brake we have decided to start our weekly Pokernights again. This week we will be playing with the classic Heads-up rules. We all hope that the cups will be more popular in futur so it is worth starting a weekly tournament.

In the past we had several protesttickets with wrong gameaccounts and constestans were complaining that they should not get punnished only because one nummer or symbol is different.

As you might have noticed, the ESL-Site has changed again. In future the ESL clock has to be visible on the screenshots. From the New Year on, all matches with wrong matchmedia get deleted with Penalty Points where applicable.

A few weeks ago the ESL presented a new Award: The Challenge Cup. Now it is time to introduce this award to the PokerTH section. So now it is time to run some Cups...

As you might have noticed, the ESL-Site has changed again. Now the nice clock in the middle of the top taskbar is gone and all we have left is a little clock on the righthand side. To see the time just move your mouse other the clock. Please watch out that all of your screenshots are correct.

After 3 rounds of PokerTH we completed the autumncup successfully. 8 Users out of 5 different countries were gambling for the rare autumcup award and premium prizes at the final table. I think the system to play with 7 other players was great, very funny and interesting.

The next Pokernight was played and successfully completed. After some small problems with the check-in system we change the maximum contestants from 32 to 64.
