The bug is fixed and the ladders are re-opened for challenge.

The bug makes it possible to be able to fade in from Spectator, the general map including the positions of the opponents. This is also if Spectators are not permitted in the config. Further, as of now, the use of this bug cannot be proven which makes a fair operational ladder impossible.

For matches that are already open, you may click on the Delete Match link where it states “A match is only deleted if both participants agree”, you should not confirm this but instead submit a support ticket.

We will open the ladders as soon as we possibly can, therefore please keep an eye out for news and updates which we shall release as soon as we receive them ourselves.
