Guild Wars takes the best elements of today's massively multiplayer online games and combines them with a new mission-based design that eliminates some of the more tedious aspects of those games. For more information about the game check out our small summary or go to guildwars.com



Our Guild Wars 8on8 Opening Cup will start on 18 July, sign up is up from now until 13 July - 23.59 cet. There are slots for 128 Teams, but we will increase or lower the number of teams depending on sign ups. Already the Guild Wars 8on8 Ladder is opened and teams can join the ladder. The ladder will be started when enough teams signed up. The rules are the same for cup and ladder: Opening Cup rules.

For all of you who are new at ESL you will find the most answer to your questions in our FAQ. After you have created a player account you have to enter the names of your Guild Wars charackters. Go to Command Center and you will find a link Gameaccount ID (SteamID, ...) under My Account. You can enter up to four different Guild Wars charackters. Only players with at least one entered charackter are allowed to play in a ESL match.

We are also looking dedicated people, who wants to help us with the ESL Guild Wars section. So when you are interested in becoming an admin please write a nice admin application for the european Guild Wars section. You can find more information about it here.
