The rules for all forbidden moves that were included in the rules from FIFA 09, and when a Pause is used are suspended effective immediately until it is possible to properly enforce them.

We hope you understand that this emergency action is needed to get the ladder fully open.

At the moment I am waiting on the proper "yes"s. If I get these approvals I will edit the rules to: We only accept inGame replays or videos of course.

I honestly expect this situation to be fixed soon.
By the way, I personal prefer a proper edited video (.avi), it´s faster and easier. An inGame is good as well as long as the player gives proper information about time events.

As for the pauses, there has to be a typical movement from the teams, example: Team A throws ball out, team B gives ball back. The player only needs to give the time (count when watching the replay) to the admin to make things easier.
If this movement is not seen then somebody did not follow the rule thus kaboom :)

Now I understand people might be angry with the limit of slots and all but do wait a little bit longer. The scenario will get sunnier.
