5on5 Ladder

The ladder exists since a very long time. Clans were build and joined the ladder. But for some months now, new clans have it more difficult to join and become a highly ranked team as the older ones, so many teams requested for a restart of the 5on5 to make it more easy and attractive for new clans to join ESL and to play matches for an increasing activity. Of course the adminteam noticed that and did everything to make your wish come true.
We hope that when you read this very news, the ladder has already been restarted. In case it didn't, just wait a few days because even admins are no gods and need time.
We did not only restart the ladder, we were thinking about the whole rules and made some changes (first read before flaming please)!

no need of a homepage in the teamsheet
Xfire needed as only contact (no ICQ needed anymore)
if both sides agree, the teams are allowed to selfhost a server
active auto-challenger
matches between subsquads of one clan are allowed (written report needed!)
5on5 to 8on8 possible

1on1 Ladder

Not only the 5on5 ladder is being restarted - NO! The 1on1 ladder will have the same fate! The difference between the first ranked player and the last one is so unbelievable high and everyone agreed to restart the ladder.
if both sides agree, the teams are allowed to selfhost a server
30 tickets instead of 25
2 seconds spawn invicibility (instead of 3)
new maps added (i.e. Tatooine: Mos Eisley, Bespin: Platforms without tanks!)

3on3+ Ladder

The adminstaff heared your desperate screams for reopening the 3on3 ladder. So we thought about reopening the 3on3 plus ladder again after long time. Yes, you heared correctly! The 3on3plus ladder is back! And to give some kind of 2on2 feeling, we decided to put in the 2on2 maps of the old 2on2 ladder (some of you might know two of them on the Pros only or the ESL Clans only). Yay!

The adminteam is bored. And a bored admin does what every bored admin would do in this very situation. He creates an own channel on Youtube! Just click here!
