The ESL is pleased to announce the next game for our MSN Games section, with 1 new ladders as well as an opening cup. The ladders have been opened, and you can now start to play matches, even using the Instant Challenger - Good luck to all!


Minesweeper: Minesweeper is a single-player computer game. The object of the game is to clear an abstract minefield without detonating a mine

Don't forget we are also running our 1on1 Minesweeper Opening Cup which is starting to fill up quickly - Best be quick! Sign up NOW

As with all ladders, there are some requirements. Please make sure you have your MSN Gameaccount added to you player profile, and you have some contact information as well. Players from Germany will need to be registered Trusted Level 1. For our cups players from Switzerland, Austria and France will need to be registered Trusted Level 1 too.

If you have any problems, please write us a support ticket.

We also ask that you check the rules carefully, as we do enforce the screenshot rule very strictly! Please don't be caught out with something very simply!

The challenges will be open shortly, with the ESL Instant Challenger on from the start making it even easier for you to find a new opponent!

Correct, you have to upload the matchmedias within 24 hours after the match.

which program should we use to record the demos?? camstudio like in the novembercup? or debut?
the only problem of camstudio is that the files become sooooo big... =/ solution???
