Known MSN Games Bugs
Here you will find a list of all known and reported MSN Games Bugs.The following bugs and proposals to solve them are just based on player experience and are not a guaranteed way for success. For some bugs there are no solutions and the match must be deleted or restarted. There are two categories of bugs:
• Match has not started: None of the players pressed the in game "Start" button
• Match has started: The game started, one player already took a move

Advice
1) Take screens of the error, exchange the screenshots:a) Agree on match delete
b) Agree on reschedule
c) Wait at least for 5 min, do not send an invitation, do not close the chat window and then try it again

5) Go on playing if possible, the cards shown there often do not comply with the cards the bot is even playing

6) Taking screenshots is not necessary due to the fact that every player is able to recognize the bug when it occurs.

Information
• Restarting the Messenger does not help regarding each bug!• If you cannot agree with your opponent on one solution, feel free to open a protest ticket
• Each agreement must be confirmed by both players and via in game messenger screenshots which comply with the screenshot rules.
