| - a fun saber only 5o5 ctf cup would be fun. - a simple JNC would be pretty good as well if it's done correctly, would generate a lot of interest etc. - a 4on4 TDM cup. this has always been my favourite gametype and i've noticed as the years go on less and less of 4o4 has been played. some people say it's messy but imo it requires the most skill in team play and would be something new from the same old 3o3s. stay classy san diego. -- -DarK [ quote ]

But I think it could be sucessfull nowadays. I didnt think 32 teams would play the JPS so I guess JNC could work. These country might play it : Hungary, Romania, Germany, France, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Benelux, Slovakia, Russia, USA, Turkey. Maybe Alpen (depends if axiom's crew comes back). Its quite fun and those who hate it really are the ones that are always die so they just /q... Also why not randomly have a ctf mix up like play with people you DO and DON'T usually play with to make it more interesting..like me t1nzo and maybe tibby (dk if he plays ctf, but just a thought) and pajesz or someone else. Its just an idea to make teams more even coz i hate it when ur in a middle of a 5o5 ctf with your team-mates and the other team start arguing (coz they losing by like 2 flags or something) saying "my mates are shit" or "wtf my mates doing" then they all just leave..that always happens and you never finish a ctf like that so a mix up could make it EVEN and interesting. Its like that 2o2 random cup thing, but its 5o5 ctf saber only. Don't hate..just a idea i thought maybe ppl want? sprz [ quote ]

| My personal opinion: CTF saber only cup. This never worked in the future, and is utterly boring. Its more chase the flag holder. If there should be a CTF cup, it should be instagib. Few weeks/months back their was a instagib moment, and that was the most fun I had in years playing jka. 4on4 TDM. Like this, some people will fail hard when they need to look for 4 enemies at the same time! Oldskoolers will win this cup for sure. JNC Could work if the premiership is a success. Like I said, its my personal opinion, not from an admins point of view. [ quote ]

| 4on4 would be really fun but have the problem that nowadays a lot of team barely have 3 members online at the same time, so 4 would be even harder ,and even more harder on hollydays which are coming soon ... But if people are motivated, it could be an awesome cup gaving us all so much fun. I think it would seriously be considered with all its positives and negatives points. Is it really possible nowadays to do such a cup on jka? I hope so ... [ quote ]

| the 3v3 premiership has been a huge success for getting so many teams together...I'm sure a 4v4 cup could happen its more about fast paced saber play and less about jumping away when you have a lead. its how JKA was played in its heyday (both in and outside of ESL) and it'd be good to get it going again. -- I'vegotabikeyoucanrideitifyoulikeitsgotabasketabellthatringsandthingstomakeitlookgood [ quote ]

| Thing is 4v4 won't attract so much players. I mean, ''oldschool'' players and some ''new'' players might play it. But There won't be 32, neither 16 teams in this kind of cup. In my eyes, It could be really cool. Also a JNC would do great at the moment, and almost every eu-nations would play it I guess. Depends on what you guys prefer.
