Cup Mode

The 8on8 Cup consist of 3 rounds in single elimination mode.
One cup round must take place within the 90 minutes before the next round starts.
Each match will be played on two maps, one push or battle and one firefight map, on both sides.
The matches of the 3 rounds are scheduled for 19:00 CET, 20:30 CET and 22:00 CET.
The Cup will be played according to the standard ESL Insurgency rules.

Drawing of the Maps

Let's introduce something new. There are no fixed maps in this cup, the maps have to be picked by the teams before the match. The drawing works by dismissing maps you don't like to play. Please See further details in the rules. This have to be done twice. Once for the Firefight mode maps and the once for the Push/Battle mode maps, both times via the match detail comments. The last map standing have to be played by both teams. The Firefight map have to be played as the second map. Map pools to eliminate from are:

Pool 1: ins_almaden, ins_baghdad, ins_buhriz, ins_karam, ins_sinjar
Pool 2: ins_abdallah, ins_haditha, ins_hillah, ins_samawah_day, ins_ramadi
