It is mandatory that you play with your ESL username!

Matchmedia


You must take at least 4 screenshots for each match: 1 lobby screenshot and 1 score screenshot for each round played.

You must also record a replay for each match!

All Lobby screenshots must show the following:
- Correct Haxball Match settings
- The player names for all players in the match
- The ESL Clock

All Score screenshots must show the following:
- Haxball window with winner message (or "Time is up" message when it's a draw)
- The Haxball game time at 08:00 (Before overtime)
- The player names for all players in the match
- The ESL Clock

No-Show in EAS: In case your opponent shouldnt show up within 20 minutes, a protest must be opened. A default-win will only be given if the protest creater proves, that he was there in time and his opponent not. In case he can't provide evidence that he was there, the admin will decide what's next.
A no-show will be penalised with 2 penalty points.

Hosting: Each player hosts one half of the match. By default, the player on the left side of the match page should host first.

If one of the players wants to play at a neutral host because the conditions are difficult, evidence of the high ping must be provided. The entire match must then be played at a neutral host (registered ESL user).

Agreeing to play at a neutral host means accepting the playing conditions in that room, therefore any later complaints might not be taken into account.

In case of complaints about the ping, good and solid evidence (multiple screenshots, preferably with the ping graph) must be provided via protest. If difficulties are encountered in the first round, a protest must be opened right after completing it, not at the end of the match, otherwise the protest could be rejected.

Player drops: If a player disconnects from the host, the game should be immediately paused. If the player fails to reconnect, a protest must be opened. The remaining time will then be replayed.
For example: Score is 2-2 after 02:56 and player A drops - player B opens a protest. The admin then checks the matchmedia and the remaining 02:04 minutes must be replayed. The result of the remaining 02:04 minutes will be added to the 2-2 result of the previous 02:56 minutes.

Spectators: Spectators are only allowed if both participants agree to this via the match comments or match chat.

Playdays and Wildcards: The match dates are mandatory and can only be moved by using a wildcard. A wildcard can be used once a month. If you use a Wildcard, you can move the match max. 7 days and the opponent stays the same.
The wildcard must be used at least 24 hours before the match via protest! Both players can also move the match if BOTH agree.

Usage of Wildcards: Wildcards must be used via protest. Additional penalties will be added if the wildcard was:
a) used within 24 hours before the match
b) wasn't used at all and you failed to show up (= no-show, 2 pps)
