To become an Admin in the ESL, you have to fulfill the following requirements:

At least 18 Years old
A thorough knowledge of English
Responsibility, reliability and flexibility
Neutrality and objectiveness in decision-making procedures
Teamwork and solving conflicts
Good knowledge about the game and the community




Furthermore you should be capable of working in a team and in the long run you should have enough spare time available because being an ESL Admin is a stiff job. In addition to that you should be able to remain calm even under big pressure so you do not get yourself into rash decisions.

Tiercets, enumerations or colloquial, as well as short applications are not very likely to be sucessful! And, ofcourse, you need to write the application in ENGLISH because we are on the section of the We would be happy about some interesting, detailed and promising applications.
