Welcome 2009 Cup - The lovely New Player barrage

 After we got a lot of feedback that there is a great amount of players who cant play because of the new Players barrage, we've decided to create a special rule. All players (even this with the "New Player" Barrage) are allowed to play until the beginn of the fourth Playday!
Every Player, even this with this barrage, are allowed to play at the first three playdays. We hope that this "special rule" will solve all problems which are mentioned in our feedback.
