Helping users on IRC/forum
Answering support tickets
Handling protests
Checking matches and league joins
Assisting with planning and running cups

Requirements:
At least 18 years of age (exceptions may be made in special cases)
Good knowledge of Enemy Territory
Desire to help others
Knowledge about the ESL website
Good knowledge of English
Neutrality and objectivity
Team-minded
( able to handle IRC)
