Only with the help of Intel and Dell the first ESL Pro Series Finals came into the world. Eight years later we're very happy to welcome back the combined power of these partners. Therefore we retrospect our history and present you the tournament system of the very first ESL Pro Series finals. Guess what! It was a Dell! A Dell Dimension 8100 to be exact.

As some of you recognized: The logo of Intel is missing since yesterday. This change is really intentional and not a bug or indication error. Big changes will happen in 2010 and therefore we will present the new combined power of two partners. We can't tell you any details right now, but the secret will be revealed in the next days!

With immediate effect the barrage for New Penalty Points will be given for reaching 4, 8 and 10 penalty points. Therefore, from now on the 2 weeks barrage will be given after obtaining 8 penalty points and not 9 penalty points. The changes are effective immediately and are not backdated. All already given penalty points and barrages will not be changed.

Within the next days the ESL video feature for users will be shut down by our former partner hiclip.de. The upload will be disabled tonight. We tried our best to the last minute to keep the video features alive but without success. So we ask you to save your uploaded video files as soon as possible as we can't give a final deadline until when the videos will be available. Read on for a short tutorial and more information.
