DOW2 Community Cup Series Group Stages

 The time has come: today the group stages of the DOW2 Community Cup Series, which we are hosting in cooperation with Shalesey Casts, is starting. Over the next 3 weeks 80 players will fight for honor, glory, fun and ranking points.

Group Stages Overview
A total of 80 players are participating in the DOW2 Community Cup Series: 24 in the Terminator Division, 40 in the Space Marine Division and 16 Scout Division. You can find the video in which Terminator Division and Space Marine Division were drawn here. Four each won match players will get 3 points. The ranking in each group is based on ranking points first and on map ratio second.
Match Dates
The group stages start today, Sunday, 02/10/11 and ends 3 weeks later on Sunday, 23/10/11. The dates you can see in the matches are just suggestions and not mandatory. It is up to you and your opponents to agree on an actual date for each of your matches.Keep in mind that every player has to play each other player in his group once, which means that every player has to play from 3 (Scout Division) to 5 (Terminator division) matches within that 3 weeks. So start talking to your opponents as soon as possible and finish your matches in time!
Get Your Match Casted
When you arrange your match, please consult one of the following official casters to see if they can cast your game:If a caster cannot cast then you can choose to play on with no casting or reschedule, the choice is completely yours.
Map Selection Process
The higher ranked player (at the time of the match) chooses the first map. Subsequent maps are chosen by the loser of the previous map (loser's choice modus). Every time a map gets chosen the player that does not chose the map has 1 veto. The player who chose the map has to lock in hero first. In the group stages all matches have to be played as Best-of-Threes.

Installation
Just extract "esldow2rcustommappack.sga" to "\dawn of war ii - retribution\GameAssets\Mods" to install it. If the folder does not exist: just create it.
