The last time we had a 2on2 cup is ages ago, so the first cup we are doing a 2on2 cup. The start of the double elimination-cup will be Tuesday, 09/02/10 20:00 CET and you will have 1 week for each round.

1on1 Balance Mod Cup

The second cup is a 1on1 double elimination cup, but it will not be played with Vanilla Soulstorm - instead it will be played with the "Balance Mod". You won't have 1 week per round here since this cup will be played over the course of a weekend. The first round is scheduled for Saturday, 13/02/10 16:00 CET.

SS leader damage vs. infantry decreased to 10 (from 25). EMP grenade AOE reduced to 5

Superior optics damage upgrade on warp spiders decreased to 25%, range increase to reapers removed.
Bright lance platform damage increase effect decreased to 65% from 75%.
Decreased damage reduction of Seer Council with mysticism to 40%.
Decreased hit points of Fire Prisms by 1000. Avatar vehicle bonus removed.

BM ranged accuracy doubled but damage halved. Big Mek cost increased by 10 req to 200/50.
Decreased range of Big Shootas by 5 until Blastier. Trukk damage reduced by 10%.
Fighting juice duration decreased to 15 seconds. Minimum damage of Burna Bomb decreased by 50%
Fixed the BM teleport bug (which gave decreased cooldown when attached to a squad)

Now start out with 0 vehicle cap, same as in DC
Increased the price of individual priests to 100/75
Damage bonus from Weapon Specialization to guardsmen Grenade launchers and plasma guns halved.
Duration of fanaticism decreased to 8 seconds.
Dark Eldar *DONE*
Archon healing rate decreased by 1. Each commander upgrade now increases it by 0.5
Reaver jetbike splinter cannon with targeting molecule damage decreased by 10% and FOTM set to 40%
Raider Dark Lance damage increased by 20%
Sisters of Battle *DONE*
Missionary ranged and melee damage increased by 20%
Seraphim FOTM (including leader and inferno pistol) decreased to 60%
Fixed the Rhino hard cap of 3
Chaos *DONE*
Cultist grenade launchers now have a set up time of 0.4 seconds.
Hell Talon health decreased by 500
Chains of torment entity_busy_time reduced to 2 (fixes the fizzle bug)

Orbital bombardment damage vs. building low decreased by 30%
Health of Predators decreased by 500.
Necrons *DONE*
Power cost of first power upgrade decreased by 50. The cost of the second power upgrade and second
monolith are decreased by 100. Squad tax of immortals and Attack Scarabs removed entirely.
Damage reduction of wraith flight and Phylactery reduced by 5% and 10% respectively.
Decreased damage of Heavy Gauss Turret by 20%. Increased damage of TS particle projector by 30%.
Increased health of generators by 200 and upgraded Obelisks by 400
