So we will improve the numbers of Teams per Group, but that still depens on the signups, but we could most likely have up to 5. divisions, including the bootcamp.

A few weeks back we proudly announced Day of Defeat: Source is part of the ESL Major Series for the fourth time in a row. In the Communitybattle between all games of the seventh ESL Major Series edition our Community proved itself worthy with reaching a more then respectable 4th place, topping games such as Warcraft 3, Team Fortress 2, Quake Live and many more. With this rather small news we would like to thank the whole Community for their efforts in the past months, crown the deserved winner of the past ESL Major Series, the french side rockit, who were able to end the dominance of zeroPoint! in a shockingly exciting final and also give away the first informations about the qualification system for the next ESL Major Series!

Its been a while since our last 2on2 cup, but here we go again! We are proud to present you the first ever 2on2 Sommercup. We just finished the Spring Season Playoffs and want to try to keep you a little busy in the meantime. So signup and win some premium!!

In this year's spring league some :fr: French and :de: Germans dominated their Divisions, the French teams in the higher Divisions and the German teams in the lower divisions!

Even though the third season of :dods: <b>Day of Defeat: Source</b> in the <b>ESL Major Series</b> is still in running and we're expecting a good fight between the four remaining teams :es: Warrior Troopers, :uk: clutchmasterz, :fr: rockit and the defending champion :eu: zeroPoint! the ESL announced the games for the seventh ESL Major Series edition. Day of Defeat: Source is one of them. Additionally, the ESL is adding another <b>1000€</b> into the prizepot for the winner of a community voting.

After a intense groupstage with exciting matches we are now about to start the playoffs in the ESL Spring 2010 Divisions 2-4 and the Bootcamp Division. We would like to thank all participants at this point already for the participation in the largest DoD:S event in europe. Congratulations also to all teams who made it into the playoffs of their division.

The relegation games have now past in this season's ESL Major Series and we now know the 8 teams who take part in the playoffs, all wanting a share of the €750! Second and third place finishers of the groups took part in a relegation match, the winners of those games progressing to the Quarter Finals of the EMS and this is where we are now.

The official timeframe for the groupstage ended yesterday. The playoffs are going to start next week. Within the break for one week now we give the chance to every team to play the remaining matches. This counts for Division 2, 3, 4 and the bootcamp!

After a very long season again we finally found all winners for the latest country championship tournament. We went through the groupstage and separated the winners into the playoffs, the remaining teams were offered to play a playdowns-system.

As most of you probably know on Monday the first Matchweek for the upcoming Spring 2010 season is going to start. Here is our first layout of the Divisions. We know it might not be perfect at all, that is why we need your feedback. We gather feedback until Sunday evening, so it is up to you to improve now - we`ll listen to the community. Once again i ask you to behave, do not flame us or other teams - mistakes are not intentional and we want to fix them with this news! If you know a team being folded in the meanwhile please tell us too so we do not start with forfeits into the season.

A last minute change for the last chance qualifier for the upcomming EMS season: As a reaction to the low intrest within the Open Qualification Cup we decided to reschedule the last chance qualifier to the next week.
