First Champion of 2012

Since 2009 we have been hosting the First Champion of the year award. If you may remeber the cup was connected directly with our 6on6 Ladder as the contestants of the cup were the best teams of the Ladder in december. But as the Autumn Playoffs are still running and the Ladder was not that active the cup is open for any team willing to sign up!

Do not forget to run ESL Wire Anti-Cheat, setting up your server with the correct DBlocker settings, record in-eye-demos and take screenshots of every match!

ESL Fast Download

Sometimes it happens that you want to start playing a match with a new map, but than the opponent doesn't have it downloaded. If you will put these settings into your server.cfg it won't happen again:

sv_allowdownload "1"

If players join the server, that don't have the specific map, they will automatically download the map within seconds. So there is no need to quit, downloading manually and that stuff.
