Esl wire important problem!!

| Hi, I have a problem with my esl wire which can be the reason for my team not to participate on the next Greek EAS season or the 1on1 awp/aim ladder. When i try to run css and esl wire is open at the same time css at the begining it starts but before it shows the css menu it closes showing a black screen.This is happening when i have the good video card but when i start css with the economic video card which sucks, css starts normally.(my laptop have a button that can change video card).So as a result i can't play with high fps an good graphics(the other video card can't run css properly only can reach 60 fps in the worst graphics).Anyone who knows please help me.
