Adaptation of the rates and new server configs
After serveral attempts and feedback from your side we have decided to increase the "minrate" and the "maxrate". Because of this we had to make new server configs, which are mandatory now!



      Changes

    "sv_minrate" changes from 7500 to 20000.

    "sv_maxrate" changes from 25000 to 140000.



From now on the new Server-Configs are mandatory!
