New Ladder Proposals - README

Please do not request new ladders in the forum!

The CS:S EU section has grown fast in the past and with an increasing number of matches, the number of opened support- and protest-tickets also raised.
At the moment we are not able to open any new ladders as we need to manage the existing ones.

If we think we could handle another ladder, you can of course tell us your favourite in a poll.
