Check-In SystemIn this Cup we'll use the ESL "Check-In System". If you don't know the handling, here's a short explication. Step 1 - Reservation (green) Here you can reserve a place in the cup, but you have to confirm your participation later. Step 2 - Confirmation (yellow) 30 minutes before the cup starts, you have to confirm your participation, if you have done that, you're in the Cup. Step 3 - Entry (red) You didn't get a free place in this cup? If there are not enough participants, you can still entering the cup 20 minutes before starting! CS:S Cup Portal with IRC Webchat (#esl.css.cup.eu) Hall of Fame AwardIf a player or team loses its 1st place, the award will be deleted and be given to the new number 1. So the award will not stay on one account forever. You have to play our cups and win. That’s the only way how the award can be kept on your account. Cause we want play 2 cups each week and at weekend on sunday there is GO4CSGO

So? what does CS:GO have to do with CS:S?

In CSGO staff are some same admins like in CS:S staff. And another reason: Lot of players play CS:S and CSGO which means if we make a cup into sunday we will have lower players than in another day.

We should still be able to have fun with cups.
